While Ritual themselves aren’t quite as well-known as some of the superstars they’ve written for (Dua Lipa, Little Mix and Avicii to name a few), their mature songwriting stands out as amongst modern pops' best. ‘Using’ features Grammy award winning vocalist Emily Warren, who has appeared on tracks by the likes of The Chainsmokers, and is a very well established songwriter herself with an equally impressive resume. The talents of the two artists merge to produce a passionate exploration of the bittersweet feelings associated with being used.
